Betsy's 8 Week Nutrition and Fitness Program 

Both Nutrition and Fitness can be the missing piece to your competitive athlete’s training protocol.

 

Get stronger, have more energy, fuel properly and take your performance to the next level with a personalized nutrition and fitness program from Betsy.

 

What is included? 

 

1. Nutrition: Functional (FUN)  meal plan, education and check-ins with Betsy for 8 weeks, with a 2 week update rotation.  Likes and food dislikes, as well as allergies and food aversions are included in the creation. The meal plan offers ample examples and choices for you to choose from.

 

2. Training: The functional training portion of this program includes personalized leg, upper body and core training workouts. Each workout takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.  Please make sure that you have the appropriate equipment (all can be found in the Betsy Bootcamp store) and includes sliders, battle ropes, kettle bells, Bosu Ball and small and long thera bands. Please inquire with Betsy for alternative equipment. 

 

3. Weekly check-ins. Betsy will check in with you for accountability and to make adjustments to  the program.
