Weeks 13-18

You made it through the first 12 weeks! Way to go! Now it’s time to take those basics and BUILD upon them by adding more repetitions, more active and more challenging skills to help develop body awareness, better shaping skills and body tension! During this period really try to correlate your conditioning with your gymnastics skills! You will find them getting easier and your endurance improving!
