WELCOME ALL ASPIRING ATHLETES AND COACHES TO BETSY BOOTCAMP’S BASICS, BASICS, BASICS PROGRAM! This fundamental building program is designed specifically for athletes that need to build general strength, body awareness, agility and develop fundamental shaping to build bigger skills! Building general strength will will later prevent injury and promote even more strength and body awareness so this is a great place to start for newbies or even seasoned athletes that need a refresher! This program is 48 weeks and will be divided up into 6 week blocks. Please watch the video below which explains HOW to use the program!
